Pharrell Williams is famously addicted to sparkle: Diamonds completely cover his everyday watch, belt buckle and key fob, and his BlackBerry and cell phone are plated in gold. In January he got even further into the bling thing, debuting his first jewelry collection for Louis Vuitton. The rapper and producer, who collaborated with Vuitton creative director Marc Jacobs on a line of sunglasses in 2004, created the baubles with Vuitton jewelry designer Camille Miceli. Dubbed Blason—“coat of arms” in French—the line features such conversation pieces as a ring shaped like a cherub clutching a gem in its tiny fingers. “It’s a costly habit of mine,” Williams told WWD of his carat addiction. “It’s fun to do it on Louis Vuitton’s dime for once.”
