Spending seven weeks with Tracy Anderson and her trainers gave me a few
things, not the least of which was a new appreciation for Britney Spears. We
listened to “Womanizer” more times than I can count, and there’s a reason
Brit’s at the top of the charts yet again: The girl is good. Madonna was
also on regular rotation, and according to Anderson, Madge does listen to
her own material while working out. (Why are we not surprised?) Here, the
