The first time I heard about Rihanna was back in 2006 from an in-the-know coworker: "She's a singer from Barbados. Her skin! She glows." She went on about this Rihanna’s many talents and I half-listened, but then I actually looked her up. K-beauty was not a thing yet, but boy did her shine look sweet.

Ten years later, Rihanna – now, RiRi – has thrown a curveball with her eighth albumAnti, a mash-up of genres and attitudes that’s a surprising departure from the big-tent pop of her past. Perhaps the only constant of Rihanna’s chameleon-like beauty has been her seemingly effortless 'I woke up like this' dew. The woman behind the face that’s sold 10 million albums (and counting!)—makeup artist, Mylah Morales, shares just how to channel the power of pop’s baddest bitch.
