The scene at Art Basel Miami Beach shows no sign of slowing. "Miami becomes like no other place in the world this week," said Calvin Klein (who recently purchased a 1920s Spanish-style home in the city) at a dinner, cohosted by Cartier and the Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami, kicking off the fair. The next night Nadja Swarovski hosted a party for architectural firm Diller Scofidio & Renfro at the Delano's new Florida Room, designed by Lenny Kravitz. Meanwhile, Becca Cason Thrash joined Lance Armstrong and David Lauren at Polo Ralph Lauren's South Beach store before attending a dinner for Pucci's 60th anniversary, for which Matthew Williamson, Delphine Arnault-Gancia and Laudomia Pucci all jetted in. An exhausted Thrash had so much fun she barely made it to Cartier's second party of the week the following night. "I got out of bed at lunchtime," she admitted. Friday night's packed schedule saw Barbara Wilhelm, Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn, Trevor Traina and Helen Schifter celebrating Richard Phillips's limited-edition Jimmy Choo bags at Tamara Mellon's dinner at the Raleigh, while Pharrell Williams hit Craig Robins?s Design Miami fete, and Larry Gagosian, Stephen Schwarzman and Steven Cohen talked shop at the Webster Miami's soirée at Mokai. By Saturday, Blaine Trump and Emilia Fanjul were content to kick back, savor the chicken potpie prepped by Waverly Inn chef John DeLucie and watch the male models jumping in the pool at Paul Wilmot's Miami Shores home.
