Dec 16: Carnage

December 2011

In Carnage, Roman Polanski’s film adaptation of Yasmina Reza’s play, out December 16, one couple (John C. Reilly and Jodie Foster) invite another (Christoph Waltz and Kate Winslet) to their Brooklyn apartment to discuss a playground squabble between their sons. Civility quickly crumbles as the parents become embroiled in an ugly—though uproarious—skirmish that leaves them on much shakier moral ground than the children they’ve gathered to punish.
