I am definitely allergic to wheat. Every time I eat it, I feel awful. So my doctor advised me to try going gluten-free. Jennifer Esposito’s bakery in the East Village is amazing. I especially love her bread and carrot cake. The drawback is the wait—there is always a line stretching out the door and down the block!
