Five just-opened places to make merry while wheeling and dealing at Miami Basel.

Cecconi’s
A descendant of Cecconi’s in London—itself modeled after the original Cipriani in Venice—Cecconi’s Miami will be open to the public, despite its location inside the members-only Soho Beach House. The Italian-inflected cuisine comes from chef Sergio Sigala, who helmed the kitchen of Casa Tua (4385 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, 786.507.7902).

1500º
Chef—and former Hell’s Kitchen contestant—Paula DaSilva’s seasonal menu at this new steakhouse in the stately Eden Roc Renaissance hotel is broken down into small plates and main plates; sides (duck-fat fries, roasted beets) get just as much attention as the beef, which is charred under, yes, a 1,500-degree broiler (4525 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, 305.531.0000).

Wynwood Kitchen & Bar
Megadeveloper Tony Goldman and his daughter Jessica’s new restaurant in warehouse-chic Wynwood is wrapped inside and out with art: The exterior is covered in murals by Os Gêmeos, Kenny Scharf, and Dearraindrop, and the interior is 360 degrees of wall art by Shepard Fairey and Christian Awe. On the tables, meanwhile, chef Marco Ferraro of Wish in South Beach offers up American brasserie comforts (2550 N.W. Second Avenue, Miami, 305.722.8959).

Sustain
Chef Alejandro Piñero, another Casa Tua alum, turns out contemporary American fare at this midtown spot. As befits the name, the food is locally sourced and the dining room outfitted with reclaimed wood and recycled aluminum (3252 N.E. First Avenue, Miami, 305.424.9079).

DB Bistro Moderne
Superstar chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud brings his haute bistro comforts to Miami for the first time, with his DB Bistro Moderne. The eatery just opened in the new J.W. Marriott Marquis, whose top three floors house the Hotel Beaux Arts, a design-oriented boutique hotel with its own check-in and concierge (345 Avenue of the Americas, Miami, 305.350.0750).
