Who doesn’t love glamour tinged with nostalgia? For this prefall season, the designer set glanced back to the Roaring Twenties. Lanvin’s Alber Elbaz, for instance, went lush and lavish with languid dresses, tiered lace gowns and a brocade blouson jacket, while others piled on the fur, pearls and gilt for some serious speakeasy swank. Here’s to a new glam nation.
