Marc Jacobs Marc Jacobs traded the runway for the red carpet by holding his Spring 2016 runway show at the iconic Ziegfeld Theater in New York. Complete with a live band, movie screen, and movie-style snacks, this show was fashion entertainment at its finest.

Christian Dior The French fashion house’s creative director, Raf Simons, commissioned a flowered hill of delphiniums in the courtyard of the Louvre for Dior’s spring collection. The romantic installation transported guests to the countryside.

Carolina Herrera The models at Carolina Herrera walked among painted masterpieces in New York’s Frick Collection. The mansion-turned-museum was selected for its elegance and sophistication—two attributes it shares with the fashion house.

Prada The striking backdrop for Prada’s collection was designed to play with visual perceptions of light and space. Suspended panes of plastic in varying lines and curves were both stimulating and highly dramatic.

Givenchy Creative Director Riccardo Tisci celebrated the opening of the Givenchy Flagship in New York with an epic show held on a pier off of Manhattan. The modest and deconstructed set, which Marina Abramovic filled with performance art, paid respects to the victims of September 11th as the Freedom Tower stood tall in the background.

Chanel Chanel never falls short of a display that is both impressive and playful, and this season was no exception. The Grand Palais was transformed into a Chanel-style airport, complete with a check-in counter and baggage claim for that covetable quilted luggage.
