Rihanna, Kate Moss, and More Memorable Dresses from the CFDA Fashion Awards
Since their inception in 1984, the CFDA Fashion Awards have positioned themselves as a playground, red carpet-wise, for models, actors, musicians, and designers. Honorees and nominees roll in with their fans — Liya Kebede for Proenza Schouler, Anna Ewers for Alexander Wang, Binx Walton for Shayne Oliver — showing off their designs, while designated icons like Rihanna and Iman dress to prove that they’re worthy of the title. Each year, the CFDA awards offer up a pretty busy carpet featuring actors like Rooney Mara and Claire Danes, the whole host of original supers, and, of course, the occasional Beyoncé sighting.
