Girls of the Moment, After the Moment Passed

Elsa Martinelli

The painter Duncan Hannah has long been no stranger to star power – back in the day, he partied with Bowie and Warhol – so it follows that he’s giving former movie stars, theaters, and vintage cars a second chance at the spotlight with “Tomorrow’s Sensations!,” his new exhibition of paintings with a title as cheeky as it is sincere. Screen sirens of old like Capucine, Anouk Aimée, and Floria Guida are frozen in time at New York’s New Release gallery, but not for long. Make sure you catch them before May 15th.
