Frieze New York 2016: Nature Rules at Randall’s Island

Frieze New York 2016

Although the thirty-minute ferry ride to Randall’s Island is already more nature than some New Yorkers are used to, but the inside of Frieze New York 2016 provided additional greenery thanks to pieces like David Wojnarowicz’s leafless tree for P.P.O.W. and Dennis Oppenheim’s iron cacti. See those and more of the art world’s interpretations of nature here.
