Mary Katrantzou’s American Dreams for Fall 2016
This season, London-based designer Mary Katrantzou looked to American Westerns for inspiration, adding the vibrant patterns she’s well known for to more subdued garments like brown and blue cowboy-style shirts. Katrantzou also drew some inspiration from the New York Fashion Week beauty trends: models wore a deep red lip and their hair parted in the middle with strangely sculpted bangs hidden partly under silky kerchiefs.
