Yet another shake-up in halls of high fashion: Massimiliano Giornetti, creative director of Salvatore Ferragamo since 2010, has stepped down from his position, leaving Ferragamo without a head creative. Giornetti spent a decade working in menswear for the fashion house, then designing Ferragamo's womenswear collection for the Fall 2010 season before his promotion to overall creative director months later.
