Stella McCartney’s Squad Parties in L.A.

For the first time on Tuesday, Stella McCartney showed her autumn presentation in Los Angeles, a shift from from the posh Upper East Side homes and Lower East Side gardens in New York where she’d showed before. Naturally, the local members of her girl gang turned up for the occasion – Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Katy Perry, Mary J. Blige, Pink and Rashida Jones. There were in fact so many music personalities at the famed Amoeba Music, the iconic independent record store, the proceedings came across as a dress rehearsal for the Grammys, now a month away. And throughout the evening, there were performances by the likes of Dhani Harrison, New Orleans’ Dirty Dozen Brass Band, You + Me, and Marilyn Manson.
