Last night Christian Louboutin joined Blake Lively and other longtime supporters to celebrate both the release of his new self-titled book and the 20th anniversary of his signature red-soled shoes. The party began with cocktails at Barneys New York and moved to Le Caprice for dinner. Below, photos from the fanciful fete.
