This week, the High Line in New York hosted its annual summer party, while across the pond, London's Victoria and Albert Museum threw an inaugural summer bash. Both events were in honor of public art institutions, but who cares when Kate Moss is present? After all, you don't really need an excuse to celebrate when the weather is this nice.
