Contemporary-artist-turned-clothing-designer Greg Lauren (nephew of Ralph) has worked for years out of several studios on North Highland; in August he opened the Space, an atelier and by-appointment-only boutique. Like Lauren’s one-of-a-kind pieces, sold at Barneys New York and worn by the likes of Brad Pitt, the Space’s industrial-chic vibe is as unassuming as its unmarked door.
