Still Shining After 100 Years

ny_FW.jpgBLOG_CARTIER_01.jpgIt took a keen eye, but W's accessories editors spied a subtle sparkle on the earlobes, wrists and fingers of several models walking the Phillip Lim 3.1 runway yesterday. As it turns out, they were debuting Cartier's newest Trinity collection, designed in honor of the French jeweler's 100-year anniversary in America. The 18K white, rose and yellow gold earrings, bracelets and rings are bedecked with a smattering of diamond stars; two stunners, a $36,400 bangle and a $14,400 ring, each feature 100 of the sparklers. In case you missed the baubles at Lim, you can get a closer look at them next week when they land in 36 Cartier boutiques across the country.
