But since that's our job, here are five fab standouts: The sheeny, off-the-shoulder fitted top shot with gold at Proenza Schouler; the structural, asymmetrical dress at Michael Kors, worked-up in a luxe shiny tweed; the high-collared, puffy-sleeved leather jacket at Richard Chai, paired with shimmering trousers; Oscar de la Renta's unconventional riff on ladylike via a chic cap-sleeve jacket toughened up with a leather skirt; and everything about J Mendel's black beauty of a frock--the silhouette, the deep v-neckline, the cut-outs, the fur shoulders...
