But here’s the rub: Harper doesn’t really exist, at least not by name. The report is published by a man who journeys around the globe anonymously and uses the pseudonym for his writings; he took over the post from the original—and equally secretive—“Andrew Harper,” who launched the newsletter 30 years ago.
