Jason Wu isn't the only designer with a well-documented doll obsession. In 2008 Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren masterminded a exhibition of 54 porcelain dolls dressed in their designs inside a six-meter dollhouse at London's Barbican Art Gallery. (See here).
And just a few days ago, the Dutch duo attended the opening of the exhibition "The House of Viktor Rolf" at NRW - Forum, in Dusseldorf, Germany. The installation exists of 20 miniature porcelain dolls representing signature looks from their collections from 1992 until the present. The dolls were designed by Dutch architect Siebe Tettero, a longtime collaborator of the designers, who also created the dollhouse for their London show. For anyone planning to be in Dusseldorf, the show's up until February 28.
