We've already fielded a number of questions about the serious gold hoops on June's cover star, Cate Blanchett. Here's the story: They are by Chopard, and they are 18k white and rose gold with 56 assher cut pink-brown diamonds in each hoop. They had to be hand-carried by a guard from Chopard's headquarters in Geneva to our shoot in Berlin. And the price, darlings, is by request.
