The Flatiron District’s elegant Butterfly Studio & Salon just got even
more so: After getting a masterful cut, color wash, and blowout by the
peerless Kattia Solano and ogling the gorgeous Nest candles all stacked
so invitingly, I indulged in a piece of jewelry from Deb Schecter’s
Dyanne Belle line. Butterfly only shows a few carefully curated jewelry
pieces, and each hits just the right note for the moment. Schecter’s
chunky turquoise and hammered 14k gold cocktail ring is right on the
mark for a spring evening out, as are her supple-strong leather wrap
bracelets in blush pink or black.
