Dello Russo Within Reach

blog-dello-russo-01.jpgWith her see-through Dolce & Gabbana ensembles and fruit-shaped Piers Atkinson hats, it’s no wonder Anna Dello Russo causes photographer pileups wherever she goes. Now the Vogue Japan editor at large is lending her attention-grabbing and fun-loving eye to INC International Concepts for a capsule collection of ready-to-wear and accessories. “It’s good to try to render the dream of fashion for a wide market to relate to the time we live in,” explains Dello Russo of the line, which will be sold exclusively at Macy’s. blog-dello-russo-02.jpg Starting with the idea of bright colors for winter, the first collection includes red and yellow cropped peacoats, color-blocked tunics, and a cropped red fur chubby, all priced from $30 to $139. (Dello Russo is also starring in the campaign, alongside model Karolina Kurkova, in images shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.) Don’t expect her to retire her racier outfits anytime soon, though. “I will be back in my couture,” she says with a laugh.
