One of our favorite trends from the fall runways? Jacket-skirt separates that may look and act like a suit, but are actually a much more modern take on the traditional Working Girl mien. The way-chic pairings (they seem to work best when monochromatic) are popping up on many a runway, including Carolina Herrera, Donna Karan and Thakoon. Tess McGill would surely have been a fan.
