Fall Menswear: The Call of the Wild

A strong outdoors trend is emerging in menswear this season, and the former Boy Scout in me could not love it more! All the comfy knitwear—in pants, no less—looks perfect for a rustic vacation, while the plaids, earth tones and quilted outerwear call to mind classic hunting gear. Standout looks include Billy Reid's Southern gentleman hunter, Rag & Bone's layered urban hiker, Band of Outsiders' log cabin hipster and Victor Glemaud's off-duty ski instructor. Come fall, I'll be ready to trade the city for the country the first chance I get.
