Partying down with Chloë Sevigny and Opening Ceremony yesterday

It was quite the cool-kid convention in New York's Nolita neighborhood yesterday where, at the Elizabeth Street Gallery’s garden, Chloë Sevigny and her pals mixed and mingled (and smoked ciggies and drank Champagne) in celebration of the actress’ third namesake collection for Opening Ceremony, which, these days, is perhaps the coolest store of all. Friends on hand included her brother Paul, as well as Kim Gordon, Terry Richardson, Gia Coppola and, of course, Humberto Leon, the boutique’s co-owner, who, a day later, was still celebrating his 35th birthday. The fuchsia-lipped Sevigny, clad in her label’s leopard-print frock and black satin jacket, admitted to being a bit tuckered out from the day's four-hour event, but promised that wouldn't stop her from heading down to Santos later that night with Leon. “We’re going to have a dance party,” Leon said. “And I’m challenging Chloë to a dance-off."
