Eat, Pray, Spray

Elizabeth Gilbert’s memoir Eat, Pray, Love may be about how she found herself when she pared down to life’s basics, but that hasn’t prevented the film version starring Julia Roberts from spurring a merchfest. Jewelry line Dogeared is selling necklaces inspired by the book, and Me & Ro made necklaces, bracelets and rings embossed with the title. Meanwhile, Sony tapped Fresh to create a trio of eponymous eaux de parfum, Como Hotels and Resorts is doing themed itineraries (“Eat” in Thailand, “Pray” in Bhutan and “Love” in Bali), and a slew of other synergistic products are reportedly in the works.
