New York Fashion Week Roundup: Top Ten Hats

As the W editor in charge of the millinery market, I am always on the lookout for great hats on the runway. From 70s wide brims at Tommy Hilfiger to Spanish boleros at DVF and miniature berets at Marc Jacobs, here are my top ten hat looks.
