The iPhone app--created by 24-year-old Howard Singer with help from CBS Early Show meteorologist Lonnie Quinn and Proenza Schouler art director Alejandro Cardenas--provides illustrated outfit ideas relating to daily weather conditions, delivering a dose of temperature-specific fashion inspiration for any forecast.
