Fall 2011 Fashion Roundup: Animal Kingdom

Animal prints are here to stay, and for fall 2011 more than a few designers attacked the trend in the most literal sense. From high fashion to the high street, animal imagery popped up on all kinds of ready-to-wear, from a strong panther motif on the Givenchy runway and a running deer print at Marc by Marc Jacobs to knits emblazoned with dog portraits at Balenciaga (pre-fall), Ungaro and Topshop Unique.
