Newcomer Kate Bogucharskaia may be about to celebrate her 19th birthday in New York, but this Russian beauty is originally from a small town, Pestravka, that’s a three-hour bus ride, followed by an 18-hour train ride from Moscow. Fortunately that didn’t stop her from making a major debut at the Spring 2013 shows where she was semi-exclusive for Chloe and Louis Vuitton.We caught up with Kate to ask about a few of her favorite things:

Favorite beauty products?
I always have to wear Mascara. Dior is my favorite.
Favorite place you have traveled to?
My favorite place is New York.

I love Liv Tyler.
What do you always have to have with you?
I always wear this one necklace that I have that a friend gave to me.
What is one of your favorite memories as a model?
There was a shoot I did where I had to cry. They told me they would put Vaseline on my eyes to make it look like I had tears, but I was able to do it for real!
Favorite thing to do in your downtime?
When I’m not modeling I am usually day dreaming or reading.
If you weren’t modeling what would you do?
All I want is to be a model, but if I couldn’t be that I would like to be an actress.
