The Look: Edie Sedgwick 2.0—in place of eyeshadow, Revlon's Gucci Westman used liner to draw a stark black from inside the eye crease out toward the temples, which hovered cleanly above the eye. A severe side part and twisted bun by Guido Palau for Redken allowed for irreverent pulled-out texture and loose ends.

The Scoop: Palau also created the Edie Sedgwick-inspired look at Marc Jacobs for spring 2013. How is this a new Edie? "Last year was more neat and voluminous like in the actual 50s and 60s," he said. "Now we've flattened the beehive and added more dry texture."
