Photos: Absolut-ly Fabulous

In an effort to shoot his own BLK DNM collections, Johan Lindeberg first picked up a camera two years ago—and he hasn’t put it down since. The practice has paid off. As the creative director for Absolut’s new “single-estate, handcrafted, luxury vodka” Absolut Elyx, Lindeberg has photographed its first campaign, which stars Chloë Sevigny in elegant, black-and-white. The images were all on display last night at an event that drew the likes of Mario Sorrenti and Mary Frey, Lily Donaldson, Richard Phillips, Theophilus London, Hannah Bronfman, and Sevigny herself, dressed in color this time, in a tie-dye look from the Rodarte fall collection. As for Lindeberg, he was already onto his next shoot: “I just photographed Gisele for BLK DNM!” he exclaimed.
