Looking back at a more carefree era in the ’70s and early ’80s when the Italian label Fiorucci pioneered the concept store and ruled downtown New York with its skin-tight jeans and disco sprezzatura, an attitude that seduced everyone from the underground polaroid photographer Maripol to a certain upstart named Madonna.
