Among the California music festivals, Outside Lands, in San Francisco, is fittingly the crustier of the bunch, a popular destination as much for the music on the lineup as for the food on display. It’s a festival that, when it wrapped up on Sunday, managed to squeeze in Radiohead, Zedd and Lionel Richie.
