Paris Fashion Week's Street Style Stars Are Politely Ignoring the City's Freezing Temperatures
The fall 2018 shows have officially entered their final stretch, and if the beginning of Paris Fashion Week is any indication, this season's street style stars seem to have been saving their best looks for last. With Maria Grazia Chiuri's latest feminist message of a show first on the calendar, they began, of course, with a flood of Christian Dior-stamped gear, ranging from a Georgia O’Keeffe-style gaucho hat to Chiuri’s trademark slogan tees. (The latter appeared on the twins from Tokyo whose denim ensembles, chokers, Dior sunglasses, and hot pink hair were just as coordinated as you’d expect from a pair that prefers to go by a single name, "Amiaya.") Next up is branching out into statement pieces like paneled leather blazers, evening gloves in bright reds and yellows, and, perhaps boldest of all, a see-through eyelet lace dress in below-freezing weather. Take at look at those ensembles and more of the best looks from the streets, here.
