And the Award for Best Party Goes to…
Sunday night, the statuettes season mania that kicked off with the Golden Globe awards way back in January came to a close with the awards event we’ve all been waiting for: the Oscars. Naturally, the three plus hour-long ceremony was just the icing on a multi-layered cake of events in the week leading up to this star-studded climax. There were luncheons, pre-pre-cocktails, champagne-hosted to-do’s, pre-dinners… you know, the usual. And unlike at the actual Academy awards, there were no losers. Herein, the shiniest, brightest fêtes of the past week.
