Bright Ideas
“I feel lucky when I come across an image that inspires me,” says the writer, director, inventor, and, as of last year, accessories designer Roman Coppola. “Often, I don’t know what it might relate to—but then suddenly the image turns into an idea for a character or a scene for a film. It might even suggest an unexpected entrepreneurial project, such as a color scheme for a bag from my new line Pacific Tote Company.”
