Sasha Lane, Commanding the Red Carpet from “American Honey” to the Front Row
Since she was street-cast for American Honey during a chance encounter with director Andrea Arnold in Florida, Sasha Lane has made her presence felt on the red carpet. Cannes was something of a coming-out party, where Lane consistently kept pace with her seasoned and notably chic costar Riley Keough — her wardrobe provided in large part by Louis Vuitton’s Nicolas Ghesquière. Since then, at the film’s various international premieres and beyond (including in the front rows and fetes of fashion week, from Vuitton to Coach), Lane’s wardrobe choices have been freewheeling, varied, and always chill.
