Escape to Miami: Inside a Champagne-Filled Miami Carnival With Adriana Lima

This weekend, while New York hit below zero temperatures and Paris dealt with perpetual rainstorms, sunny Miami, it would seem, was the place to be. Beyond the generally welcoming temperatures, it was also home to the third annual Veuve Clicquot Carnaval. The event was the perfect excuse for socially acceptable day drinking, with some of the proceeds going to support the Pérez Art Museum Miami. Aside from the endless Champagne, another was major was the event’s host committee, namely Adriana Lima, who played emcee for the Museum Park-held festivities. Also in attendance: Karolina Kurkova, Ana de Armas, Elza Gonzalez, and Daniela Botero. Come inside for a look at the samba dancers, drummers, live music, and azucar of the festivities.
