Virgil Abloh and Venus X DJ at a Skate Park In Miami For a Good Cause

On Saturday, December 3rd during Art Basel Miami Beach 2016, the Off-White designer and DJ Virgil Abloh played a set with GHE20G0TH1K founder Venus X at the Lot 11 Skate Park. The occasion was the launch of 1971, a street wear line by Brujas, a feminist community of activists, skaters, musicians, healers, and hustlers from New York City. So far, they’ve raised $23,000 to fund the line, and all proceeds go toward supporting queer/trans people of color facing time in prison in New York and affected members of the Brujas community.
