While Emily Ratajkowski has always been known for bombshell brunette beauty, with her effortlessly beachy waves and radiant sun-kissed skin, these days, you may have to do a double take to recognize the model-turned-actress. In a far departure from her usual messy top knots and polished curls, Ratajkowski’s newfound hair adventures are definitive proof that there is no look or color that the brown-eyed beauty can’t pull off. Case in point: she recently took to Instagram to showcase a new blonde ‘do to her her 15 million followers, alongside a playful caption,”Do they have more fun tho?”.

And while the model’s daring new blonde bob is an extreme makeover for the usual brunette—and judging by the extreme roots, most likely a wig, Ratajkowski stayed true to her minimal beauty style of soft smoky eyes and natural lips that she styled with an oversized denim jacket. However, this isn’t the first time the Gone Girl actress has experimented with her look, as the model has been showing off her more playful side these days in a series of Instagram posts. Before her new blonde moment, she tried out auburn red locks, paired with a sleek, winged cat-eye with the caption, “Another day, another wig. How do you like me as a redhead.”

Experimenting even further, Ratajkowski took on an ambitious purple wig for Halloween with tousled curls and blunt bangs that she paired with a creamy nude lip, and very revealing sheer top.

And as Hollywood’s red carpet continues to debut newly dyed blonde actresses and models, Ratajkowski may just have found the secret to a hassle-free, daring makeover without the extra maintenance. That said, depending on how much fun she has with this little experiment, it, may only be a matter of time until she officially ditches her brunette locks and makes a pivot to the blonde side.
