What: A blue Chanel tea-length knit dress with pocket details and ivory sandals.
Why: Bright, fun, playful, this dress offers a counterpoint to the dark, black-clad New York crowd. (Though it’s still probably a cut above the usual library attire.) And, judging by her Instagram, this dress comes with pockets. We’ll never say no to a dress with pockets.
