Karlie Kloss is expecting her first child, according to a source close to the supermodel. The news comes a little more than two years after the model married her longtime partner, Joshua Kushner, in 2018. The pair has been together since 2012.

Kloss began her modeling career at 14 years old, juggling high school with the runways of Paris, and hasn't slowed down since. Though in recent years, while she's still far from a stranger to the runways, she's pivoted to ventures outside of modeling, including television hosting and "Kode with Klossy," a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for young women to learn to code and pursue their passions in technology.

Kloss has managed to avoid questions usually peppered at young women in the spotlight about their thoughts on motherhood in the future, but the model has a close relationship with her own family, especially her mother Tracy Kloss. "Happy Mother’s Day to my forever inspiration, role model and best friend," she wrote on Mother's Day in 2019. "You are my sounding board, my Chief Baking Officer and my North Star. You make the impossible possible. Your resilience, tenacity and unconditional love is a source of light and inspiration in our lives."
