When Jasmine Tookes walked out in the $3 million Bright Night Fantasy Bra and matching crystallized bodice, designed by Eddie Borgo, at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show fittings at the brand’s headquarters in New York this week, the room came to a complete halt.

“Wowwwwwwww!” screamed the show’s creative director, Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou, in her thick British accent. “Just look at how it shines. Isn’t it fabulous?”

Paris-based couturier Serkan Cura, who spent over 500 hours creating the stunning custom bodice made of more than 27,000 Swarovski crystals (emerald, white gold, and silver), stood a few steps behind her with a grin from ear to ear. The boss was very pleased. “And, it makes her butt look good,” added Neophitou-Apostolou. No one—not the photographers, publicists, or glam teams in the room—argued with that.

“I love, love, love it,” said Tookes, 25, who will be walking in the November 30th show in Paris for her fifth time. “I can’t believe I get to wear this. I am going to cry when I have to take it off,” she said of the glittering silver and emerald green ensemble, which will be the final look in the runway spectacular. (In the VS Angel world, it’s one of the highest honors a model can earn. Tookes now joins the elite ranks of Heidi Klum, Tyra Banks, and Gisele Bundchen—all women she idolized growing up.)

Being the wearer of the Fantasy Bra is no easy task. The megawatt bra, which weighs more than 450 carats and features over 9,000 gemstones (“it’s definitely not lightweight”), and bodice were made specifically for Tookes. She had her full upper body plastered and sat in a chair for three hours while a mold was made. “I could barely breathe, I couldn’t even play with my phone or do anything,” she said.

Not to mention, she’s been putting in many extra hours at the gym to make sure her body’s in top shape for the big show. Tookes, who grew up as an avid athlete doing ballet and gymnastics, and playing volleyball, says she has upped her gym time at the Dogpound from three days a week to six, and made her weights a little heavier. “Because I want really nice, toned legs and for my butt to be nice and perky when I walk down the runway,” she admitted. To switch it up, she’ll take a barre class at Physique57 or pilates at SLT. “That place is so hard, I was there the other day and I was struggling!” she said.

The model, who has been in the news this week for openly showing off her stretch marks, remains adamant, however, that her diet has not and will not change before or after the show. “I love food so much, I can’t give it up,” said Tookes. “I eat the same thing now as I will after the show and that’s pepperoni pizza, that’s my number one.” While in Paris, she’ll also be having plenty steak-frites at one of her favorite haunts in the city, Le Relais de l’Entrecote.

And, even though Thanksgiving lands just a few days before the show, the super fit model said she’ll still be going for the full Turkey Day feast this year. “No, my diet will not affect my Thanksgiving. I am going to eat so much food and I can’t wait,” she said.
