A Definitive Guide To the Best Denim On the Fall Runways—Canadian Tuxedos Included

Fall and denim always seem to go hand-in-hand. Perhaps it is that back-to-school feeling that makes so many of us snag a couple new pairs at the beginning of the fall season. After all, with a cooler breeze blowing, there’s good reason to stock up on new denim jackets and overalls—the best of which have been curated for you in our Ultimate Guide to Denim. From New York, to London, to Paris, many designers offered up their take on denim, giving you plenty of options come autumn. Leading the pack are Calvin Klein, bringing back the Canadian Tuxedo; Off-White and Stella McCartney, who think your denim jackets should be cropped; and Dior, where the overall is making a comeback. Trade in your plain Jane skinny jeans for newer silhouettes, including an oversized wide-leg, or a flare. Better yet, go pantless – some of the best denim this season come in the shape of dresses and skirts. Keep those legs bare until the weather turns really chilly, then pair with a slouchy boot, like Rihanna. Happy styling.
