Karlie Kloss Is the New Face of Swarovski
Swarovski unveiled model-coder-Kookie maker Karlie Kloss as the brand’s new ambassador with a party at the Top of the Rock on Monday night in New York. Chanel Iman, Hailee Steinfeld, and Beyonce-favorite Winnie Harlow helped celebrate the partnership. “Karlie is someone young women look up to – her use of social media makes her accessible to a broad audience,” explained Swarovski creative director Nathalie Colin in a press release. To wit, Kloss announced her new role on – where else? – Snapchat. Aside from other social media job requirements, she’ll present the Swarovski Awards for womenswear, menswear and accessory design at the CFDA Fashion Awards on June 6th.
