Go Backstage at the Vivid, Retro Marni Spring 2017 Show at Milan Fashion Week

This season the Marni Spring 2017 show took place in a utilitarian grey warehouse–a sharp move, considering the collection included dramatically draped separates in bright, modish hues, seafoam green blouses ballooning out like flower bulbs, nipped-in black kimono style dresses, and prominent shoulders. Behind the scenes, models were shellacked with gel and had irresistibly dewy products applied to highlight high cheekbones and full lips.
